Child Safety Standards

Last updated: 12 June 2026

Maratha Wedding is a matrimony service operated by Ponzo Technology for adults who are legally eligible to use matrimonial services. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, sextortion, trafficking, and any sexualization or exploitation of children.

Zero-Tolerance CSAE and CSAM Policy

Users must not create, upload, share, request, promote, distribute, store, link to, or attempt to obtain any content that sexually exploits, abuses, endangers, or sexualizes a child. This includes CSAM, CSAE-related material, grooming behavior, sexual conversations involving minors, attempts to move minors to another platform for sexual purposes, child trafficking, sextortion, or any conduct that facilitates harm to a child.

Adult Matrimonial Use Only

Maratha Wedding is intended only for users who are 18 years or older and legally eligible to use matrimonial services. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, browse profiles, use matchmaking, chat, make premium purchases, or use matrimonial communication features. We do not knowingly allow minors to use the service.

User Reporting and Feedback

Users can report or block profiles, photos, messages, suspicious behavior, harassment, impersonation, fake accounts, or safety concerns using the app's report and block features in profile and chat areas. Users may also contact the Ponzo Technology Child Safety Team directly at the email below. Reports involving possible CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, or child safety concerns should be sent immediately to our child safety contact.

Moderation and Enforcement

We review safety reports using available platform controls, manual review, account review, profile, photo, and message review where applicable, and administrative tools to address unsafe behavior. When we identify or receive credible notice of prohibited child safety content or conduct, we may remove or disable content, block messages, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve relevant information where legally required, and prevent the user from continuing to use the service.

CSAM Response and Legal Escalation

When we obtain actual knowledge of suspected CSAE or CSAM, we take appropriate action consistent with applicable law and platform policy. This may include disabling access to the content or account, preserving relevant records where legally required, and reporting confirmed or suspected CSAM to NCMEC where applicable or to relevant regional authorities, cybercrime authorities, or law enforcement agencies as required by law.

Cooperation with Authorities

We cooperate with valid legal requests from law enforcement, regulatory bodies, and child safety authorities. We may disclose relevant account, profile, payment, communication, or technical information when required to investigate, prevent, or respond to child safety risks, exploitation, abuse, fraud, or unlawful activity.
