Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to premium membership and paid features purchased on Maratha Wedding, operated by Ponzo Technology.

1. Free Signup

Creating an account on Maratha Wedding is free. Payment is required only when a user chooses to purchase premium membership or paid premium features shown in the app or website.

2. No Refund After Successful Membership Purchase

Once a premium membership payment is successful and membership access is activated, the purchase is final and non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for change of mind after purchase, not using the membership after purchase, dissatisfaction with matches/responses/outcomes, accidental purchase after successful payment, deleting your account after purchase, partial use of membership duration, or account restriction/suspension/termination due to violation of Terms.

3. Limited Exceptions

A refund or reversal may be considered only for duplicate payment for the same membership order, amount deducted but payment failed and membership was not activated, payment successful but membership not activated due to a verified technical issue caused by Maratha Wedding that cannot be resolved, or where refund is required under applicable law.

4. Payment Gateway

Payments are processed through Razorpay. If payment fails but money is deducted, the reversal timeline may depend on Razorpay, bank, UPI provider, card network, or payment method rules.

5. How to Raise a Payment Issue

For duplicate payment, failed payment, or membership activation issue, contact us with your registered mobile number or email, Razorpay payment ID/order ID if available, payment date and amount, screenshot or bank/payment confirmation if available, and a description of the issue.

6. Review and Processing Time

Valid payment issues are usually reviewed within 5-7 business days. If a refund or reversal is approved, processing to the original payment method may take additional time depending on Razorpay, bank, UPI provider, or card network.

7. Cancellation

Premium membership remains valid for the purchased duration. If you stop using the app or delete your account, no partial refund or prorated refund will be provided for the unused period.
